With a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University and a J.D. from University of Michigan, John Russell has authored numerous technical articles, conducted research and development at Ford Motor Company, and acquired extensive research experience in a variety of topics. He has experience working with a number of Fortune 500 companies maintaining their intellectual property portfolios and delivering advice aimed towards advancing technologies.

Starting his career at Ford Motor Company, John is a named inventor on over 170 patents to date. Currently he represents clients in a variety of intellectual property matters and has drafted and prosecuted hundreds of patents in a range of technical fields from electronic feedback control systems to mechanical design.
