The USPTO recently issued still further new guidelines on subject matter eligibility with respect to 35 USC Section 101. While further review is ongoing, the following statement is noted: "If applicant's claim amendment(s) and/or argument(s) persuasively establish that the claim is not directed to a judicial exception or is directed to significantly more than a judicial exception, the rejection should be withdrawn." Good to get that straightened out.
